How long is launch pricing available?

The 25% off applies to your first year on any tier; once the launch window closes, new customers pay the standard MSRP and existing customers continue to renew at the standard MSRP. What counts as a site under the license?
A site is one production WooCommerce installation with its own domain. Local development copies, staging environments, and test installations of the same site do not consume an additional seat.
What happens when my license expires?
Pro features keep running for a 72-hour grace period so your store is never suddenly broken. After that, the Pro modules pause until you renew — nothing is deleted, so your settings and data come straight back the moment you do. The free Chiseiko Essential Swatches plugin keeps working throughout. You can renew at any time at the standard MSRP for your tier.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
Yes. When you outgrow your current tier — for example a Personal customer adding a second store, or a Freelancer expanding to a fourth — you can upgrade and the remaining license credit is prorated against the new tier.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Pro doesn't fit your store within 14 days of purchase, request a refund through the support page and we'll process it against your most recent invoice.
How do I activate Chiseiko Essential Swatches Pro after buying?
You'll receive a license key by email immediately after checkout. Install Chiseiko Essential Swatches Pro on your site, enter the key in the plugin's license screen, and the Pro features activate.
Is there a free trial?
Chiseiko Essential Swatches Free is the trial path. It gives you the core swatch experience on product pages and archives so you can confirm the basics fit your store before upgrading to Pro for the merchandising, import, and operations tools.
