Buy with confidence — 14 days to change your mind.

We want you to buy Chiseiko Essential Swatches Pro with confidence. If it isn't the right fit, you have 14 days to request a full refund. Last updated June 2026.

Our 14-day guarantee

If you purchased an Chiseiko Essential Swatches Pro license and it doesn't work for your store, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days we are unable to offer a refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@chiseikotech.com from the address on your order, within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number (on your receipt and in your account) and a short note on what didn't work.
  3. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within a few business days; how quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or card provider.

What's covered

  • Any first-time Pro license purchase, within the 14-day window.
  • Honest "it isn't right for my store" requests — you don't have to justify a technical fault.

What isn't covered

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • License renewals after the new term has begun, except where required by law.
  • Abuse of the guarantee — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding to use the software without a license.

The free plugin

Chiseiko Essential Swatches (Free) is free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

Upon refund

When a refund is issued, the associated Pro license is deactivated and you should remove the Pro software from your sites. The free plugin is unaffected.
