This policy explains what personal data Chiseiko LLC collects when you use this site, buy a license, or create an account — and the choices you have. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
- Account & orders: your name, email address, and billing details when you download the free plugin or buy Pro.
- Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this site; we keep only the order record (amount, date, last-four/processor reference) needed to support your purchase.
- Support & reviews: the content of messages you send us and any review you submit (your name is shown with an approved review; your email is not published).
- Technical: standard server logs and cookies required to run the site, your cart, and your login session.
How we use it
- To deliver your downloads, licenses, updates, and receipts.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email — product news, tips, and occasional offers — to customers who explicitly opt in (the box is unchecked by default at checkout). We record your choice and the date you made it. You can opt out at any time from your account under "Communication preferences", or via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out never affects your purchases, downloads, license, or transactional emails (receipts and important account notices).
How we share it
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service — our payment processor and email/delivery providers — and only as required to complete your purchase or as the law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart, checkout, and your logged-in session. We avoid non-essential tracking; if that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to support your license and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Logged-in customers can review and update their details from their account. To make a formal data request, email info@chiseikotech.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and least-privilege access to account information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of a material breach where the law requires it.
